    WARRANTY TERMS
    The warranty covers any product defects that occur due to our fault. Replacement or repair of defective parts is free of charge. After repair, the warranty period is not extended.The warranty does not cover the strap, case coating, buckle and other decorative elements.The warranty also does not cover damage resulting from the following circumstances:● Violation of operating rules, including impacts, dents, mechanical damage to the case and mechanism, rebounded hands, deformed parts and other signs of improper use.● Self-repair or opening of the product by unauthorized service centers. Signs of such interference are loose screws, disassembled mechanisms and other traces of third-party repair.● Contact with water, aggressive chemicals, which manifests itself in the form of corrosion, plaque or stains.● Penetration of foreign objects, substances or insects into the product.● Impact of circumstances such as fire, accidents, electrical network breakdowns, etc.● Impact of extreme temperatures.● Damage that occurred during the shipment of the watch to the buyer due to the fault of postal services or transport companies.
    Warranty service is provided in our workshop. The cost of delivery in both directions is paid by the buyer according to the tariffs of postal or transport companies.Warranty repairs can take up to 3 months if it is necessary to find a suitable mechanism for replacement. If the repair takes more than 3 months, the workshop can offer a replacement watch.The warranty for watches with a vintage movement is valid for 6 months, with a modern one - 12 months. The warranty period begins from the moment the buyer pays for the watch.
